Looking for some Internship Resources

Hey Gang! I've never had the privilege of having and consequently supervising interns in youth ministry...until recently! I'm kind of figuring this out as I go and I am wondering if anyone out there has any resources I could look at (a.k.a. "steal"). Things like structure, goals, expectations, potential compensation, etc. If you've got anything and have the time please email me (I'm especially looking for documents or files or something I can use as a starting point).
